The highly varied, purposefully designed programming involves extensive strength and power training of the core and lower body, along with core/cardio combinations that will test amateur and pro cyclists alike.

Monday’s Workouts will focus on power and explosive movement of the lower body, and core-specific conditioning.
Wednesday’s Workouts will be dedicated to core and cardio endurance that will enhance high end aerobic and anaerobic capacities.
*****And for those of you who love extra credit, participants of the cycling conditioning programs will have FREE access to the Manic Training Saturday morning classes (7am, 8:15am, and 9:15am) throughout the duration of the program.
